Eisteddfod 2024

Every two years at St Boniface, we stage an Eisteddfod competition on 1st March to celebrate St David's Day.  (Eisteddfod is a competitive festival of music and poetry in Wales).  The whole school, including Nursery will be invited to take part.
It is an opportunity for us to share our God-given talents. All children who would like to compete are given the opportunity to audition in class and the best entries from every class are selected to perform at the Eisteddfod on Tuesday 1st March in the Hall.

Participation is entirely optional, but it gives the children a great opportunity to practise speaking and performing in front of an audience.  Next auditions, Feb 2026.
