As Catholics, we know that the Holy Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith: it is the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Pope Francis has called it the "Sacrament of Love".
Most children prepare to receive the sacrament of First Holy communion in Year 3. Please contact your local Parish for information on their classes and application forms. First Holy Communion celebrations normally take place in early Summer, with friends and family gathered.
